I was looking for a crystal hard gel which oozes out of the alovera plant, but still not bad
Love it very fine powder use a little bit for my home made tooth paste
They are definitely helping to keep my bp down, when I feel like I'm stressed and I fear it's rising I take one and I feel better. I take one also daily with my breakfast.
