Take 5 gm once or Twice a day, or as directed by your healthcare practioner.
(i) You can add Amla powder with small amount of Fruit Juices. Prefer Homemade Juices or Good quality ready-made Juices. This is because Commercial Juices are high in Sugar and often leading to a tiring crash after that brief sugar high.
(ii) You can Amla to Smoothies, One of the best-tasting ways to get the health benefits of amla.
(iii) You can mix Amla powder with Sugar or Heney. ( Avoid this if you have Sugar problem ).
(iv) You can add it Amla Powder to a small glass of water, perhaps with some fresh lemon juice for cleansing the digestive system.
