Merlion Naturals Gulkand is Inspired by Ayurveda, We use the rose petals (Rosa centifolia) to make this delicious and nutrient-rich Gulkand. Rose petals along with rock sugar are sun-soaked over a period of one month. It does not contain any additives, preservatives, artificial colors, artificial flavors, or thickeners. Can be eaten straight from the jar!

Melted Rock Sugar gets Solid at a temperature below 25 C ( 78 F ). Therefore You may find Gulkand dried. Simply put the Jar in hot water and Gulkand will resume the soft/gelly phase.
