using to lower cholesterol levels as research has stated that trials of amla can have this effect. 3 months on powder, overall cholesterol remained the same but 'bad' cholesterol dropped, and good cholesterol increased. This personal trial was with the powder. I am now trying the capsules instead. Would have been good if merlion had responded to my question re dosage comparison between powdered form and capsules form. So response to queries not terrific in my opinion

I found your site by accident and have used your henna on 3 occasions and the quality is fantastic. The little add ons are also very helpful such as the scoop, bag sealing clip shower cap etc.
It mixes rally well and I find a little it goes a long way.
I will be ordering many more sachets.
