Cancellations

To cancel or modify your order, send us an email to  with your order details and we'll cancel or modify it promptly.

Returns

It is Merlion Naturals' intention to satisfy its customers. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered except In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we replace the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email within 3 days of delivery or drop us an email at info with received product photos and order Id.

Shipping Damage or Wrong item.

If your parcel arrives damaged or wrong item has been received, you need to register the complaint within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and submit all the details of the damaged parcels along with the proper evidence like photos and image of a signed POD copy (if possible).
