Shilajit Tablets, Asphaltum punjabianum, 500mg x 120 Tablets

I made some shampoo bars out of about 450g of this soap and so far not as good. Not alot of lather, and different texture to the other. Wish I hadn't bought 5kg. I thought also that it was made in Australia, it is made in India. I wouldn't have purchased this if I had known before.

Worked beautifully when combined with Merlion Henna to create dark brown hair tint. My go to combination from now on and less expensive than buying a pre-made tint, thank you.

Stoked that this Henna combined with Merlion Indigofera powder creates a similar dark brown hair tint as the Radico Organic Dark Brown which seems to have gone out of stock everywhere online and had me freaking out. These will be my go to from now on and as a bonus are almost half the price per gram weight . So glad to still have a chemical free means of hair colouring.

I use Boswella Serrata for Ulcerative Colitis (UC)
Was originally on a prescription Anti-Inflammatory that creates issues for your liver funtion. Have slowly increased taking Boswella Serrata and pretty much eliminated prescription meds. Liver function Bloods have halved in value to be the high end of normal as I'm on other meds that also muck with liver. My UC is super well controlled.
